If you’re reading this, you may already have something like this. If you’ve got a length of paracord with a carabineer, this is going to be a huge upgrade.
This is made from very durable nylon. It’s going to hold up to whatever job you’re throwing at it. I’m getting this to replace a basic cord around a hammer that I use when replacing roof shingles. The nice thing is the elastic band bunched up in the lanyard. Bunched up it measures around 15-inches. Fully extended it’s just over double that. When on a roof, if you drop a tool, the jolt of it stopping at the end of the rope can tug at you. That’s not safe. When you add a kind of “shock absorber” to it, you don’t get that sharp tug at you. The carabineer is large and sturdy. The locking mechanism stays in place and you can easily open it with one hand. It springs back closed so you don’t accidently have it slip off. The stitching is very nicely done. Every section that’s stitched is zig-zag stitched and in multiple places for strength. I’m no tailor but these stitches look like the ones on my roofing safety harness. If you don’t have a hole on your tool to run this through, you can always drill one or just wrap it around like I did. It held securely even when I was bouncing it up and down.
Wether you’re on a ladder or on a roof, this will make the job go safely and smoothly. It will stay at your side and it is made well enough to withstand job site conditions. TREMMOR did well with this and I very much recommend this. It’s in my roofing kit right now!

The Tremmor tool lanyard is the perfect tether to save your tools from the abyss. I’m going to be using this with my tools when working on my boat dock. Typically I only need an adjustable wrench when tightening bolts around my dock, but by using this tether, I won’t be adding another wrench to the bottom. I’ve already lost three to the depth of Davey Jones’ locker. Luckily, I try to use my cheaper tools when working right above the waterline because I know eventually a wave will catch me off guard and I’ll drop it. I can latch this lanyard to the Jon boat and it allows me plenty of reach with its bungee cord. If it does drop, the worst that will happen is the wrench will get wet and probably rust.
Based on the quality, the simplicity, and price point, I consider this Tremmor lanyard the perfect solution for me and an incredible value! I would highly recommend at least having one of these on hands so you do not lose or break your tools too!

Really love the carabiner, fast and secure. loop end fits on most tools. 15lb capacity plenty for almost all my tools. 5 stars for sure. Well worth the money, far superior to the cheap alternatives.
